I assure that I have been properly informed of the process, which I will carry out freely and spontaneously.

The procedure is a technique of implanting exogenous artificial pigments into the superficial layer of skin for the purpose of aesthetic correction and beautification known as microblading.

Since this is a superficial technique, it must be touched up after 30 days after the first application, as in this healing phase the work is about 50% or more lighter and in most cases color differences become apparent. Retouching is a mandatory process recommended 4-5 weeks after the first treatment.

ATTENTION: After 5 weeks, the treatment is considered the first treatment. In some cases, the client may need a third treatment, in situations where the skin is more resistant to the implantation of the pigment or because of improper aftercare.

During the healing phase, it is necessary to clean the eyebrows with water and use a healing ointment. Also, the place needs to be kept clean and free of creams.

I am informed that I must avoid exposure to the sun, sea, pool and sauna for at least 10 days.

I have also been informed that there will be some discomfort or pain associated with the procedure, as well as other adverse side effects that may include minor temporary bleeding or redness.

I acknowledge that the procedure will result in a permanent change in my appearance and that the specialist is under no obligation to remove the result obtained.

I have been duly informed that the work will be carried out by a professional in the field who is duly accredited and certified.

The amount paid for the treatment is CHF 450.00 plus CHF 150.00 related to the touch up. Additional costs to the above amounts will be charged if a third treatment is required.

I have also been informed that the material used is properly disposable and sterilized.

I agree with the accuracy of the information provided and know the application technology.
